1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Description

Mediclaero provides revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare providers, including but not limited to:

• Medical coding and billing services
• Claims submission and processing
• Denial management and appeals
• Provider credentialing and enrollment
• AR management and recovery
• Analytics and reporting
• HIPAA compliance support

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you receive. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. HIPAA Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations. We will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all clients as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mediclaero and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediclaero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mediclaero from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
